However due to the unexpected situations or surprises, we will cover you with warranty If there is an issue with your mosh! products for the duration stated below from your purchase date.

WARRANTY PERIOD

7 Days from receipt date for 1 to 1 exchange for damage or defects on the product or parts.

​

1 Year for functional defect of temperature retaining as described on the product package or official website.

LIMITED WARRANTY POLICY

mosh! warrants Genuine mosh! products to be free from defects in material or workmanship under normal use and service from the date of original purchase for the period listed above for mosh! Products purchased in Malaysia from the Authorized Distributor – CASON GROUP SDN BHD.

This warranty does not cover ordinary wear and tear or colour fading, or any condition affected by abuse, neglect, alteration, accident or improper use or maintenance, Usage other than instructed in the owner’s manual, Items repaired by any unauthorized agent, Damage caused by natural disasters, Damage caused by pests, insects or any other animals and Postage, freight or delivery fee for sending the products to and from our Authorized distributor.

 

There will be charges depending on the repair or replacing of any product component part accordingly should the product fail to qualify for warranty coverage. 

 

Please Send your defective unit or component and original receipt along with written explanation directly to Malaysia Authorized Distributor – CASON GROUP SDN. BHD.
